Backstreet Boys Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw

The organizer of this raffle is Live Nation GmbH, Mörikestraße 14, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Live Nation” or the “Organizer”).
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Portugal who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

Participation is possible from April 5, 2026, 10:00 a.m. until April 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET).
To participate, individuals must, within the participation period:

• follow Live Nation GSA on Instagram (“@we_are_a_livenation”), TikTok (“@we_are_a_livenation”), or Facebook (“@we.are.a.livenation”); and

• follow Live Nation Portugal on Instagram (“@livenationportugal”) or Facebook (“@livenationportugal”); and

• correctly answer the question posed in the post announcing the prize draw and comment with the person they would like to attend with.

Two participants will be selected at random by the Organizer. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to see Backstreet Boys in Düsseldorf.
The winners will be notified from April 13, 2026 via the social media channel used for participation and will be asked to respond to the Organizer with their full name and address by April 16, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET).
If no response or only an incomplete response is received within this period, the claim to the prize shall lapse.

Any costs not expressly included in the tickets shall be borne solely by the participant (including, but not limited to, telephone costs). Any required travel to and/or from the event and/or accommodation must be arranged and paid for by the participant.
The Organizer makes no representations or warranties regarding the nature, quality, or suitability of the prizes. The prize may differ from any images used in promotional materials.
Cash payment or exchange of the tickets is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.

If the event does not take place or does not take place as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the announced prizes with other prizes of equal value, to modify the course of the prize draw, or to cancel the prize draw entirely.
In such cases, participants and/or already selected winners shall have no claims against the Organizer or any affiliated companies.

The Organizer shall be liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body, or health and in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (so-called “cardinal obligation”).
In all other respects, the Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the Organizer, its legal representatives, or its agents.
This limitation of liability applies in particular, but not exclusively, to damages resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, disruptions of technical systems or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.
The Organizer assumes no liability for material or legal defects of the prizes.
The Organizer also assumes no liability in the event of damage to or loss of tickets during postal delivery or non-receipt of emails.
The provisions of the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
In the event of liability, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited in amount to damages typically foreseeable at the time of participation.

Personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this prize draw. After the conclusion of the prize draw, all personal data stored by the Organizer will be deleted.

If the provision of tickets is handled by third parties, the Organizer is entitled to pass on the participant’s contact details to such third parties for the purpose of delivering the tickets.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and/or to terminate the prize draw for good cause.
This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons or if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity of the prize draw.
In such cases, participants shall have no claims against the Organizer.

The conduct of this prize draw does not create any obligation on the part of the Organizer to conduct similar prize draws in the future. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
German law shall apply.
